• Contact details you submit through the enquiry form: full name, email, phone (WhatsApp), and nationality.
• Enquiry preferences: which villa you are interested in, your timeline, funding method, and purpose of purchase.
• Advertising & analytics data: click and campaign identifiers (e.g. Google gclid, Meta fbclid, UTM tags) and standard analytics data (device, browser, pages viewed) collected via Google and Meta tools.

• To respond to your enquiry and send you the investor package, floor plans, availability and pricing.
• To contact you about Sacarat S3 by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• To measure and improve our advertising, and attribute enquiries to the campaign that referred them.
• To keep proper business and sales records.

We process your contact details on the basis of your consent (the box you tick when you submit the form), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights, below).

We do not sellyour personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: Google (Analytics & Ads), Meta (Pixel & Ads) for advertising and measurement, our website hosting provider, and our own property-management and sales team. These providers process data on our behalf; Google and Meta may process some data outside Thailand under their own safeguards.

We keep your enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate sales and business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, withdraw your consent, and request data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@sacaratbeach.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
